Together, we create focused events around major technology conferences and industry weeks, connecting local ecosystems with a wider international audience.
For us, partnership is not a logo exchange or a one-off activation. It is a working relationship in which each side contributes something meaningful and receives clear value in return.
More than 100 ecosystem partners across multiple countries and regions are already part of the TechEmbassy network.
Every TechEmbassy event takes place in a specific city and is designed for a specific audience. But it does not exist in isolation.
Our Event Series move across North America, Europe and Asia, following major conferences, industry weeks and professional communities. Each edition builds on the previous one: the audience grows, relationships continue, content travels further and participants reconnect in new locations.
By partnering with a TechEmbassy event, an organisation connects its city, venue, conference or community to this wider international journey.
For a conference, this can mean attracting an additional qualified audience and strengthening the ecosystem around the main event. For an accelerator, it can create an international stage for portfolio founders. For an innovation hub, it can turn a local venue into a meeting point for local and global communities.
This is how individual collaborations become part of a connected international network.
What partnership means to us
Ecosystem partnership and commercial sponsorship are two different ways of working with TechEmbassy.
Sponsorship is built around brand integration, audience access and a company’s commercial presence within an event or Event Series.
Ecosystem partnership is based on mutual contribution. That contribution may include an audience, expertise, a venue, startup access, content, media support, local knowledge or relationships within a professional community.
We do not begin by asking where a partner’s logo should appear. We begin by identifying the shared objective.
A strong partnership should:
create practical value for both sides;
improve the experience for event participants;
strengthen the existing ecosystem;
give each party a clear role;
have the potential to continue beyond one activation.
Not every partnership needs to be international from the beginning. But every partnership should have a purpose beyond a single evening.

Conferences and industry weeks
TechEmbassy develops its Event Series around major international conferences and decentralised formats such as Tech Weeks and Fashion Weeks.
We do not compete with the main conference or attempt to reproduce its programme on a smaller scale. Our events complement it through more focused formats: pitch competitions, industry discussions, executive gatherings, curated networking and programmes for specific professional audiences.
Depending on the conference and market, we can work together to:
attract additional attendees through our international Event Series;
develop startup, investor and industry delegations;
create specialised events for selected verticals;
contribute to official and independent event calendars;
develop media and community partnerships;
produce additional content around the conference;
connect the conference with new regional ecosystems.
Our aim is to help extend the conference’s reach and relevance beyond the exhibition floor and, where appropriate, beyond the dates of a single edition.
Accelerators and startup programmes
For accelerators, TechEmbassy provides an international stage for portfolio companies and alumni.
Venture Night and our other Event Series give founders opportunities to present their companies, receive feedback from investors and industry experts, meet potential partners and build visibility outside their local market.
Partnership formats may include:
nominating startups for pitch competitions;
portfolio showcases at relevant events;
accelerator representatives joining juries and panels;
special awards and fast-track opportunities;
joint startup sourcing and selection;
introducing an accelerator programme to an international audience;
developing a joint event around a relevant conference.
TechEmbassy gains access to strong, pre-qualified startups. The accelerator gains an additional international route for its founders.
Innovation hubs, technology parks and venues
The physical environment plays an important role in the quality of an event.
We work with innovation hubs, technology parks, corporate offices, university centres and other venues that want to bring entrepreneurial and industry communities into their spaces.
A venue partner provides more than a room. It helps connect the event with its local environment and becomes an active point within an international Event Series.
In return, TechEmbassy can:
bring a relevant professional audience into the space;
connect the venue with international founders, investors and experts;
feature the location in event communications;
produce photo, video and editorial content;
introduce the hub or region to our wider network;
explore continued collaboration across future seasons.
The venue becomes part of the event’s identity, not simply its background.
Investor and angel networks
Investors take part in TechEmbassy events as jury members, experts, mentors and participants in curated meetings with startups.
We work with venture funds, angel networks, family offices and individual investors whose interests align with the focus of a particular Event Series.
Partnership formats may include:
participating in startup selection;
joining a pitch competition jury;
reviewing relevant startup applications;
attending closed meetings with selected founders;
contributing to panels and expert discussions;
developing thematic investor sessions.
The objective is not to maximise the number of introductions. It is to create better conditions for relevant ones.
Ecosystem and community organisations
Local communities, professional associations, technology clusters and entrepreneurial organisations help us understand each market and work with established audiences.
Together, we can develop events, exchange content, bring in speakers, invite participants and connect local communities with the international TechEmbassy network.
The partner creates new opportunities for its members beyond one region. TechEmbassy gains the local knowledge and community trust that cannot be built through promotion alone.
Universities and academic organisations
Universities are an increasingly important part of the innovation ecosystem. They are home to new technologies, research-based startups, entrepreneurship programmes and the next generation of founders.
Together, we can:
organise events within a university environment;
provide a stage for student and research-based startups;
involve faculty members and researchers in expert programmes;
connect academic projects with investors and corporations;
develop specialised events around relevant industries.
These partnerships help connect academic knowledge with practical entrepreneurial and corporate opportunities.
Government and regional organisations
We work with public agencies, municipalities, trade organisations and institutions responsible for entrepreneurship, innovation and international development.
Joint initiatives may focus on:
presenting a regional startup ecosystem;
attracting international attention to a city or country;
organising technology and startup delegations;
helping companies enter new markets;
connecting regional ecosystems;
developing specialised programmes around major conferences.
For these partnerships, visibility should be supported by practical connections and opportunities for the organisations and companies involved.
Media, industry experts and ambassadors
Media organisations and industry leaders help each event become part of a wider professional conversation.
Media partners can support event announcements, interviews, editorial coverage and post-event content. Industry ambassadors help shape relevant topics, recommend experts and represent an Event Series within their professional communities.
This allows an event to continue creating value after the room has closed — through content, new relationships and the continued development of its central themes.
What we can build together
The right partnership format depends on the organisation, location, Event Series and shared objective.
It may include:
a co-hosted event;
a venue partnership;
a startup or investor delegation;
a pitch competition or startup showcase;
jury, panel or roundtable participation;
a special startup award or partner programme;
a media or content partnership;
inclusion in a conference event calendar;
collaboration with local professional communities;
a local edition of an international Event Series;
expansion of a successful format across several cities.
We do not offer the same partnership model to every organisation. The structure should reflect what each side can realistically contribute and what both sides want to achieve.
How we work
1. Define the shared objective
We begin by understanding the audience, industry, region or opportunity the partnership should address.
2. Select the right point of connection
This may be a specific conference, city, Event Series or a sequence of related events.
3. Agree on roles and contributions
We define responsibilities, resources, communication channels and intended outcomes before the work begins.
4. Connect the partnership to the wider series
Even when collaboration starts with one event, we consider how it fits into the wider TechEmbassy audience, geography and seasonal programme.
5. Review the outcome and next opportunity
After the event, we assess what worked and whether the partnership should continue in another city, industry or format.
