Venture Night — A Global Early-Stage Startup and Investor Series
Venture Night is an industry-agnostic event series that helps early-stage startups present their companies, receive professional feedback and build relationships within the international technology ecosystem.
Events take place around major global technology conferences, including TechCrunch Disrupt, Web Summit, Slush, GITEX, SaaStr and international Tech Weeks.
Each edition brings together selected startups, active investors, accelerator representatives, corporate innovation teams and local technology communities.
The series is created and operated by TechEmbassy.

Venture Night follows the international calendar of major technology conferences.
The series has already held events in Barcelona, Bangkok, Vancouver, the San Francisco Bay Area, Toronto, New York, London, Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin.
Upcoming editions are being developed around TechCrunch Disrupt, Web Summit, Slush, GITEX and other conferences across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Each event connects the international TechEmbassy network with the investors, accelerators, founders and technology communities of its host city.
UAtech
UAtech Support Programme for Ukrainian-Founded Startups
Venture Night is open to early-stage startups from any country and industry.
Within the series, UAtech runs a dedicated support programme helping startups with Ukrainian founders gain international visibility, take the stage and build relationships with global investors and partners.
The programme includes dedicated startup sourcing, a Best Ukrainian-Founded Startup award, media support and additional opportunities provided by programme partners.
The UAtech Support Programme is developed with the support of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, IT Ukraine Association and other Ukrainian ecosystem organisations, and in collaboration with accelerators including YEP, Mission Possible, 1991 Accelerator and other founder programmes.
UAtech is not a separate event or a restriction on the wider Venture Night audience. It is a permanent support programme within the international series.

Startups move through a structured selection process before taking the Venture Night stage.

The Venture Night team and relevant experts review each application and assess its fit with the event format.
Shortlist
The strongest companies move into the final selection. Where relevant, the focus of the surrounding conference and the interests of participating investors are also considered.
Live Pitch
Selected founders present their companies to an investor jury and a professional audience.
Evaluation and Awards
Jury members assess the startups using a consistent set of criteria. Winners receive recognition and additional opportunities from programme partners.
Connections After the Stage
Following the pitch programme, founders continue conversations with investors, accelerators, potential customers and other ecosystem participants.
Participation does not guarantee funding. Venture Night provides access to a relevant stage, professional evaluation and relationships that can continue after the event.

Barcelona · MWC
Venture Night took place at Glovo’s Barcelona headquarters, bringing together international startups, investors and technology community members during one of the world’s largest technology conferences. The programme included a startup pitch competition, investor evaluation and dedicated awards for the overall winner, a Ukrainian-founded startup and a female-founded startup.
San Francisco Bay Area · SaaStr Annual
Hosted at SurveyMonkey’s headquarters, this edition combined a live pitch competition, an investor jury and curated networking. Selected startups also received opportunities from Alchemist Accelerator and other programme partners.
Berlin · GITEX AI Europe
The Berlin edition connected AI and technology startups with representatives of European venture funds and ecosystem organisations. The event was developed with local and Ukrainian partners and included startup pitches, investor evaluation and an expert discussion on technology company growth and fundraising.
New York · Tech Week
Venture Night became part of New York’s decentralised week of founder and investor events, connecting the local startup community with the wider international series. The event created an additional stage for early-stage companies and a more focused environment for conversations outside the main conference programme.
